handsomely Roasted Whole Lamb!
despite being roasted for 6 hours, the meat remained tender and juicy, much to my surprise! i love it with the yoghurt mint sauce, which available beside the lamb.
Grilled Prawns & colourful Veggies!
slightly dry in my opinion, so remember to drizzle some sauce on ya..
thick & succulent Salmon Sashimi, berry berry fresh i must add!
had several rounds of these fat and juicy salmon slice!

this time around, i didn’t had muchy food as i wasn’t feeling well earlier on, i just hopped to those bars that serves the essentials (read: lamb & sashimi), so excuse my lack of description :/
Salads & Rojak.
the grilled aubergine was good! so was the duck, flavourful and tender!
i should have eaten more of all these greens and fruits! i errr instead..
had CHEEEEESES! 😀
Grilled Lamb & Chicken & Satay

beautifully presented grilled lamb on a bed of mashed potato, with side of cherry tomatoes and blanched asparagus, drizzled with brown sauce.
yes, this is what you’ll get! fine dining style at a buffet 😉
the lamb was equally soft and tender, like the roasted lamb. the mashed potato was a tad salty to my liking though.

Lamb Masak Mamak, Thai Chicken Green Curry and Steamed Fish with Thai Chilli Sauce, are few of the dishes you don’t want to miss!
and last but not least,
i thought the dessert was good that night, not too cloying too my liking 😀 although ant is generally a sweet-tooth creature, but me, i am a health-conscious ant okie 😛
