We had bakmi twice during our 5 days stay at Jakarta and Bandung! It’s just like kampua/kolo mee, dry mee with additional shredded chicken, mushroom and some green. Simple yet delicious, surprisingly. I kinda miss it now. And Bakmi was the most local food we had throughout our trip. Sorry we were quite skeptical with the hygiene of the street food there, just not really appealing la.
I also ordered Bakso, which I thought is a variant of Bakmi. Turned out that it’s a bowlful of fish balls =.=
