Happy Chinese New Year to my lovely readers! i hope you had a good one, showered with angpaos and good food and friends and family!
mine was good too! till second day of CNY. i was down with sore throat in the morning, head throbbing like mad at noon, and then covered under duvet at night cos i was shivering! it’s crazy. i had to skip meeting my Mama’s family (god mom) and friends gathering too T_T. i couldn’t speak much cos whenever i speak, my throat gets really itchy and the urge to cough intensified. so annoying. so i’m not really in the mood for camwhoring, but here’s a few photos i have managed to snap to conclude my CNY 2013!

we had our reunion dinner two days earlier this year, cos bro had to work during CNY 
the chaos.
but it was fun tossing and competing who tossed the highest *kiasu*
we had steamboat at home. the bro was berry proud of his food arragement/decor skill =.= and kept bragging “see how neat is our table this year!” =.=
we served tea to the Daddy Mami and wished them with auspicious proverbs. our annual CNY ritual!
in return we got angpaossss!
went to the temple to do some praying! i said hallo to my late uncle too! i missed him dearly eventhough he had left us 16 years
this year on the CNY eve we had a proper reunion dinner at maternal uncle’s place. four families makan-ed together 
it was a great catch up with the cousins and uncles aunties!
i helped mami with the decor of this dish one, nice right!

Popo took care of me since i was born till 11yo! do you see any resemblance between us? i posted this pic in FB and my friend pointed out that we both have wrinkles laughing lines! tsk.

CNY day 1 outfit! 
most of my CNY wardrobe was done at Bandung! hehe. wasn’t sure about this dress at first, but after trying it on, “omg this is so me i MUST get it!” and so i did.
usually we will spend the first few days at Uncle Simon’s place cos EVERYONE will be here. had our vegetarian lunchy and then started mahjong-ing. only get to play this once a year. used to play it in Penang but stupid Cele went back to Ipoh so no more kaki =.=
feizai wore similar ong color too! he’s not a bee wtf.
this year feizai has got a girlfriend, Princess! my cousin’s puppy! but somehow she’s still young (7 month old) i think so not really into boys yet. hamsap Feizai keep sniffing at her buttock though.
second day started as early as 5.30am =.=. headed to the temple to do this 转运 thingy, another annual ritual stuff we do without fail
here’s my best-buy from Bandung! a tiger wearing a tiger top it’s a love at first sight affair. didn’t even try it on straight put it into my shopping bag.

spread for second day!
i don’t even feel a tiny wee bit of hunger while at home. food will appear when it’s time for them to appear. when i’m back to Penang, i have to go find food myself *sulk*. we were lamenting about this at lab yesterday.
the following days were spent going open houses of Mami’s friends where Daddy & i don’t do muchy talking just walloped the food only, Mami did all the socializing. i can’t talk ma cos sore throat :/

then fast forward it’s my last night at Malacca jor, last good spread of food before heading back to Penang, where i have to pay for food myself
ended CNY with 拜天公! considered end jor cos need to back to work no CNY feel jor T______________T
that pretty muchy concluded my CNY 2013!
